Witty Workout Wear sells funny gym apparel and merchandise printed to order. By placing an order on this site, you agree to the terms below. They're standard retail terms — nothing sneaky is hiding in paragraph twelve, because there is no paragraph twelve.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, we send it into production — see our shipping page for timing. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or if there's an error in pricing or product information.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. Sales tax is applied where required. Payment is processed securely through our checkout partner; we never see or store your full payment details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed — in that case you'd be contacted and refunded if you'd rather not pay the corrected price.

Products are printed to order, and colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen — monitors are dramatic like that. Size and fit details live on each product page; please check the size chart before ordering.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises with legal teeth — see our shipping page for current timing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable under U.S. law.

Our returns and exchanges policy, summarized on our returns page, is part of these terms. In short: 30 days to report an issue, free replacement or refund for defects or our errors.

If you create a customer account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Don't use this site to do anything unlawful, abusive, or to resell our designs without permission. The jokes are copyrighted; the gainz are yours.

All designs, text, and graphics on this site are owned by Witty Workout Wear or our print partners. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission. Sharing your order on Instagram, however, is actively encouraged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Witty Workout Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
