How fast will it get here?
Every shirt is printed to order, which means we don't box up inventory and hope for the best — your order goes straight into production.
Production usually takes 2–3 business days. After that, shipping typically takes a few more days, so most orders arrive in about a week.
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships, so you can watch it travel almost as closely as you watch your macros.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 — which is convenient, because funny gym gear is an easy way to hit $50.

Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added later — follow us on Instagram for the announcement.
One order, multiple packages
Because items are printed to order, different items in one order can ship separately and arrive at slightly different times. Don't panic — the rest is on its way.
